Part 3 of 9: WEAPON X #3

Weapon X #3 is an improvement on previous issues, perhaps because we finally have a character to empathise with.  This is basically an Agent Zero solo story, as he heads off to stop Sabretooth and is duly irritated to find that his Weapon X masters won't let him just kill the guy.

However, that improvement really just brings the book up to the level of "competent."  There's still nothing here that really grabs my attention or makes me care about the characters.  Agent Zero isn't a particularly striking personality, and the ongoing hinting about his true identity is a bit superfluous given that it was glaringly obvious three months ago.  And the idea that Sabretooth is trying to move up into being an A-list supervillain completely misses the point of the character.  Sabretooth doesn't care about global domination or money, he just likes killing people.

Passable, but unexciting, and I have many more interesting comics to get to.
