Part 6 of 13: ULTIMATE NIGHTMARE #2

Ultimate Nightmare #2 is still more set-up.  One issue of set-up is fine.  Two issues is not, especially when it includes such unmissable material as two dialogue-free pages of a helicopter docking with the SHIELD Helicarrier.  It's not that exciting an image.

There's enough in here to just about hold my interest in the overall storyline, but this is way, way, way too slow.  There's also a really awkward and unconvincing scene where Cap doesn't trust the Falcon until the Falcon unveils his bizarre long-term goal - use herbal remedies from the jungles to raise soldiers from the dead!  You might have thought that the conventional response would be "You're a nutter", but apparently we're meant to take it that this is a really incredibly ambitious and laudable project.

And that's it.  If this review seems unduly short, that's because there's nothing bloody happening to write about.
