Part 3 of 7: JUBILEE #3

I was halfway through writing up the capsule reviews when I stumbled upon Jubilee #3 at the bottom of the pile and was reminded that it existed.  Says it all, really.  Hell, at least I remembered to review Sabretooth.

This is an afterschool special, and it's really not very good at all.  Charlie's grades are dropping because he's hanging around with a gang.  Charlie thinks he needs to do that in order to get to protect himself, and that the gang won't let him go.  Jubilee speaks to the gang leader.  So touched is said leader by the notion that Charlie could make it to university that by god, he sends Charlie on his way.

Seriously, that's the plot.  Jubilee, of all people, turns round a gang leader through the power of inspirational speech.

I prefer not to think about it any further.
